The Summer Reset Series is a 6-week Thursday-morning experience designed to help you realign your mind, your energy, and your goals before the final quarter of the year begins.
Led by Jennifer A. Matwawana and Shirley Brooks, each 90-minute virtual session blends emotional intelligence, mindset tools, and grounding practices in an interactive group setting.
We meet Thursday mornings deliberately. Starting your day with intentional reflection and practical tools sets a different tone for your entire week. By the time your colleagues are getting their second coffee, you'll have already done something meaningful for yourself.
